Aluminum container for solid urban waste Mod. Poippo is built with the utmost
simplicity, reducing almost completely the maintenance . The supporting structure is made of hot-galvanised steel to guarantee great stability and durability. The tank is made of peralluman (aluminium alloy) whose lightness makes it easy to move, even by hand. The lid is made of double-walled polyethylene. Considering that 70% of the heat is transmitted through the lid, the gap between the two walls acts as a thermal shield and reduces the risk of fermentation of the waste inside the container. All the materials used to build the container are recyclable, helping to recover initial costs. The folding lids with lid lifter by pedal are made of recyclable double-walled linear polyethylene. The simplicity of the design allows to carry out the repairing directly on the spot, while
the nice look integrates it into the environment. The container is manufactured in compliance with UNI
10571 and UNI EN 840 European standards.
